Our cuisine is the result of a skillful combination of our own homemade food and a scrupulous search for fresh, seasonal and farm-to-table products that we source from local farms.
The restaurant welcomes you in the morning with a rich continental breakfast buffet, where you can taste the typical Piedmontese products personally curated for by us, such as hazelnut cream produced by our hazel groves, natural fruit juices and grandmother’s homemade cake.
We revisit traditional recipes, improving them thanks to the help of modern technologies, which make our meats softer, preserving and enhancing the flavors.
